Hilton plans to build 17 new hotels in the UAE

 Carlos Khneisser, Vice President of Development for the Middle East and Africa at Hilton International, revealed the company's plan to build 17 hotels in the UAE.


And according to what the newspaper "Emirates Today" reported, Saturday, Carlos Khneisser said: "Hilton has been in the UAE market for more than 50 years, and its future plan includes 17 hotels."


Khneisser added: "In February of this year, we opened the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, which includes 545 rooms."


He continued, "We will soon open Warner Bros. Abu Dhabi Hotel, Curio - Collection by Hilton, which will be the first Warner Bros. branded hotel in the world, and DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi on Yas Residences Island, which will provide 156 hotel apartments."


He added, "All this follows the opening of the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers last year, which includes 576 hotel rooms and suites, and the Hampton by Hilton Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah."


He added, "We look forward to opening two new hotels in the coming months: Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah and DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel and Residences."


Khneiser revealed that the total number of hotel rooms offered by Hilton in the UAE has reached about 10,114 hotel rooms.


Khneisser said: "Economic incentives such as golden residency contribute to consolidating the UAE's position as a leading market open for business, which motivates investors to invest in it."


He also pointed to "tourist visas that allow multiple entry to the country, as the five-year visa will allow tourists to enter several times, and stay for 90 days on each visit, and it can be extended for 90 days."


He pointed out that "the UAE always enjoys high positive indicators during surveys conducted worldwide, as it is among the leading destinations around the world for residence and work."
