The police indicated that the accused had sealed the container before it was confiscated, revealed and arrested.

For his part, Eid Muhammad Thani Hareb, Director of the General Department for Drug Control, confirmed that the process of arresting the accused was characterized by high professionalism by monitoring the movements of the accused around the clock, right up to the zero hour and the raid, after information arrived that an international gang had entered a large amount of money. of cocaine by a member of the gang of Middle Eastern nationality present in the country, through a sea port and hidden in a container, with the aim of trafficking and promoting.
Eid Hareb added that as soon as he received the information, a specialized work team was formed for this process, and monitored the accused until the drug shipment was sent to him, so that he would later transfer it to one of the emirates of the country and store it in a warehouse.
In turn, Khaled bin Moaiza, Deputy Director of the General Department for Drug Control, explained that the process of monitoring the accused showed that he rented a four-wheel drive vehicle, and purchased cutting tools to use in the process of unloading the drug shipment for the purpose of trafficking and promotion, taking caution by moving from one place to another to ensure that he was not monitored, and specifically Zero hour, the police raided the place of the accused and seized him with drugs, stressing that the accused admitted to possession of drugs, and he has a precedent in his country, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution to complete the legal procedures.
