Germany is the first to qualify for the finals

 The German national team became the first to qualify, through the qualifiers, for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, by overwhelming its host North Macedonia 4-0, Monday, in Skopje in the tenth group of European qualifiers.


The Germans waited for the


second half to decide the outcome of the match in their favour, scoring four goals through Kai Haverts (50), Timo Werner (70 and 74) and Jamal Musila (84).


Thus, Germany took revenge on North Macedonia, which inflicted a historic defeat 2-1 in the first leg.


Germany raised its tally at the top of the group to 21 points, taking advantage of Armenia's 0-1 loss to its host, Romania, as it fell to third place with 12 points, leaving the second to Romania with 13 points.
