The union, of which Hutchins was a member, said in a statement: "Details are unclear at this time, but we are working to find out more, and we support a full investigation into this tragic event. This is a huge loss, and we mourn the death of a member of our union family."
The tragedy occurred at Bonanza Creek Ranch, a filming location near Santa Fe popular with Hollywood filmmakers.
