The newspaper pointed out that the success of Dubai's experience in dealing with the emerging corona virus was an important factor for this movement, which was largely reflected in the real estate sector, especially the luxury ones, which is experiencing a clear recovery phase.
Dubai has tried to rise from the repercussions of the pandemic and from a financial crisis that was passing through the financial years by providing more accommodation options for investors, scholars, talented people and highly qualified people.
Dubai is considered the best city in the Middle East and 15th globally in terms of luxury, according to the "Global Wealth 2020" report, issued by Knight Frank Global Consulting in 2020.
