Google unveiled its latest smartphone, the Pixel 6, during a conference held on Tuesday dedicated to the new flagship product.
In the phone market, the Internet giant lags behind the two major competitors: Apple and Samsung, "and it wants to establish itself as a brand with excellent smartphones at an affordable price," according to an analysis of the "Business Insider" magazine.
The new product carries specifications that make it much better than its predecessor, the Pixel 5, with a camera line running across the back of the device.
During the event, Google also announced a partnership with Snapchat to launch the app and its "filters" by "double-tap" behind the device, capturing the best skin tones.
The Google Translate app has also been updated, among the new phone features, so that an individual can hear the direct translation of a person speaking to him in a different language.

The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro combo are available for pre-order starting on Tuesday evening, October 19th.
The Pixel 6 will sell for $599, while the Pixel 6 Pro will go up to $899.
Google offers two storage capacities, 128 or 256 GB, and a version with a capacity of 512 GB will be available for professionals.

The Pixel 6 Pro has three cameras, including a telephoto lens with 4x optical zoom.
There is the possibility of shooting videos in 4K.
The Pixel 6 competes with the Galaxy S21 and iPhone 13, with a 6.4-inch flat screen.
The 50-megapixel camera is based on wide-angle sensors, to capture a lot of light and fine details, and allows for faster night photos.
The Pixel 6 battery lasts for nearly 24 hours, even in 5G chips.
Google revealed that it can recharge its phone up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes.
The company is also working on integrating new security options that tell you if you need to correct or update your passwords, or add new passcodes.
The Pixel 6 can show which apps can access cameras, location, and retrieve data.
